A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2163 OF SAID CITY" AND ALL
RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF REBOL UTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH"
4 EFFECTIVE JULY 31, 1959.

6 I THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS: FOLLOWS:

8WHEREAS~ under date of May 6, 1959~ the City Council of
9 the City of Vernon passed Resolution No. 2163 relative to the employment
10 of Mason~ Muntz & Associates as Consulting Engineers for the City of
11 Vernon; and
12 WHEREAS, due to the reorganization of the Engineering De-
13 partment of the City of V ernon~ consulting services are no longer
14 required.

15 NOW. THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
That Resolution No. 2163 be, and the same
SECTION 1:

17 is hereby repealed, effective July 31, 1959.
SECTION 2:
That all resolutions or parts of resolutions

19 in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
21 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereafter the same shall be
22 in full force and effect.
23 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of July~ 1959.
