RESOLUTION NO. 2283
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH AETNA
MAINTENANCE COMPANY FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE
4 CITY HALL BUILDING., IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS, under date of June 19, 1959, F. A. Ziemer, City
8 I Clerk, reported to the City Council the need for providing janitorial
9 services for the City Hall Building; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to enter into
11 a contract with Aetna Maintenance Company for the janitorial services
12 required;
13 NOW. THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
SECTION 1:
15 and they are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with AetnaMain-
16 tenance Co. for janitorial services for the City Hall Building, at a monthly
17 charge of $372. 00 per month;
18
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereup on and thereafter the
20 same shall he in full force and effect.
