A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANTS FROM VERNON PAVING COMPANYI'
FRANK C. DRESMAN AND MELVIN E. DRES~.. CHARLES M.KING
AND BEIJLAH A. KING.. GEO. MILLER CO... AND GLOSTEX CHEMICALS..
INC... TO A PORTION OF BANDINI BOULEVARD (A PRIVATE STREET)
AND ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 15-INCHSEWER LINE IN
BANDINI BOULEVARD WEST OF SIERRA PINE A VENUE IN THE CITY
OF VERNON.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
The property conveyed by those certa.in
10 easement grants received by the City of Vernon from Vernon Paving Companys
11 Fra.nk C. Dresmanand Melvin E. Dresman~ Charles M. King and Beulah A.
12King~ Geo. Miller Co. and Glostex Chemicals~ Inc. >) is hereby accepted.

SECTION 2:
That the construction of 800 feet of 15-
14 inch sewer and appurtenances in Bandini Boulevard (a private street) west
15 of Sierra Pine Avenue~ completed on Septemher 18, 1959 under the inspection
16 of the Engineering Department be~ and the same is hereby accepted as
17 part of the sewer system of the City of Vernon.

SECTION 3:
The City Clerk is hereby requested to
19 notify the interested property owners and the contractor of the acceptance
20 of said work.

SECTION 4:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
22 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
23 aame shall be in full force and effect.
24 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 6th day of Octobers 1959.

Gentlemen:
The work of constructing 800 feet of 15-inch sewer and
appurtenances in Bandini Boulevard (a private street) west of
Sierra Pine Avenue was completed on September 18, 1959.
The work was done under inspection of this department in
accordance with Plan No. Al-1539 and City of Vernon Speci-
fications (Specifications No. 220).
It is recommended that this work be accepted and that
the interested property owners and Contractor be advised of
the acceptance.
