RESOLUTION NO. 2310
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 233 FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING
TWO THREE...WAYFM RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS FOR THE CITY
4 OF VERNON. AND DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF
PER. DIEM WAGES.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS~ there has been presented to the City Council
8 Specifications No. 233 for the furnishing and installing of two three-way
9 FM Radio Communication Systems for the City of Vernon; and
10 WHEREAS.. the City Council of the City of Vernon has investiga.ted
11 the general prevailing rate of per diem wages to be paid for the work done
12 under said Specifications No. 233;
13 NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECT ION 1:
That Specifications No. 233 be.. and the same
15 is hereby approved for the furnishing and installing of two three""way FM Radio
16 Communication Systems for the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
The City Council of the City of Vernon has
ascertained and does hereby find and declare that the general prevailing rate
per diem for wages for laborers.. workmen and m.echanics employed by
contractors and subcontractors.. for the doing of any work set forth in said
Specifications No. 233 are those wage rate schedules contained in said
Specifications No. 233.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and ApPROVED this 5th day of January.. 1960.
