RESOLUTION NO. 2313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 234 FOR THE FURNISHING AND
DELIVERY TO THE CITY OF VERNON OF ONE IDGH-PRESSURE
4 FOAM.. MANIFOLD AND HOSE CARRIER AND ACCESSORIES~ FOR
USE OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT .

6 THE .CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
7 WHEREAS# under date of January 4~ 1960~ L. G. Husted~ Fire
8 Chief of the City of Vernon~ presented to the City Council Specifications
9 No. 234 for the furnishing and delivery to the City of Vernon of One High-
10 Pressure Foam~ Manifold and Hose Carrier and Accessories for use of
11 the Fire Department.
12 NOW 1* THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 234 be# and the same
14 is hereby approved for the furnishing and delivery of One High-Pressure
15 Foam~ Manifold and Hose Carrier and Accessories to the City of Vernon~
16 for use of the Fire Department.

SECT ION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 5th day of January~ 1960.
