RESOLUTION NO. 2.321
A RESOLUTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPROVING CONTRACT NO. 232 AND .PLANS NO. Al-1487~ Al-14R8~
Al-1489 AND A1-1490 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SA;NITARY SEWERS
4 IN 26TH STREET .. :DOWNEY ROAD.. SOTO STREET. AND WASHINGTON
BOULEVARD.. AND DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE
5 OF PER DIEM WAGES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

8 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented to the. City Council
9 Contract No. 232 for the construction of sanitary sewers in 26th Street,
10 Downey Road, Soto Street and Washington Boulevard in the City of yernon;
11 and
12 WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Vernon has investigate
13 the general prevailing rate of per diem wages to be paid for the work done
14 under said Contract No. 232;
15 NOW.. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

That Contract No. 232 and Plans No. Al-148 s
SECTION 1:
17 Al-1488~ Al-1489 and Al-1490 be, and the same are hereby approved for
18 the construction of sanitary sewers in 26th Street~ Downey Road, Soto
'~ \
19 Street and Washington Boulevard~ in the City of Vernon.

The City Council of the City of Vernon has
SECTION 2:
21 ascertained and does hereby find and declare that the general prevailing
22 rate per diem for wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed
23 by contractors and subcontractors.. for the doing of any work set forth in
24 Contract No. 232 are those wage rate schedules contained in said Contra.ct
25 No. 232.
