RESOLUTION NO. 2328
A RESOLUTION OF THEGITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
RELEASING THE BID OF DAVID S. BOSHES AND ACCEPTING THE Bl;D
OF INTEGRATED.. .INC. a FOR FmE STATION NO.3" IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SPECIFICATIONS NO. 229 OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, bids were opened on March 1# 1960 for the
construction of Fire Station No.3, and the bid of David S. Eoshes was
found to be the lowest bid; and
WHEREAS" because of an honest mistake in said bid, said
David S. Boshes is hereby released from his bid without penalty of
forfeiting his bid bond; a.nd
WHEREAS" under date of M.arch 11~ 1960, Mason" Muntz &;
Associates# reports to the City Council that the bid of Integrated~ Inc. #
7668 Telegraph Road, Los Angeles. California, was the second lowest bid
in amount of $122# 476. 00. and recommends that said bid be accepted;
NOWa THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the bid of Integrated. Inc." in the
19 sum of $122~ 476. 00 be accepted for construction of Fire Station No.3,
20 in accordance with Specifications No. 229~ and that David S.Boshes be
21 released from his bid without penalty of forfeiting his bid bond.

SECTION 2:
That an other bids are rejected.. and the
23 City Clerk is hereby instructed and directed to return all checks or drafts
24 to unsuccessful bidders.

SECTION 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution~ . and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15th day of March~ 1960.
