RESOLUTION NO. 2329
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK AS THE OFFICER OF THE CITY TO
MAKE AND FILE THE.ANNUAL REPORTS WITH THE OFFICE OF THE
4 STATE CONTROLLER AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2151 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
8 be, and he is hereby, appointed as the officer of the City of Vernon to file
9 the annual report with the State Controller as required by Section 2151 of
10 the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
