3 A RESOLUTION Ol' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
REJECTING- ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE FURNISHING OF ONE
4 1750 GALLON PER MINUTE TRIPLE COMBINATION PUMPE.R.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

7 WHEREAS~ under date of April 19~ 1960~ sealed bids were
8 opened for the furnishing of one 1750 GaUonPer Minute Triple Combination
9 Pumper; and
10 WHEREAS" the City Council of the City of Vernon finds that the
11 best interest of the City will be served by rejecting all bids received for
12 said equipment;
13 NOWa THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

That the City Council of the City of Vernon
SECTION 1:
15 does hereby reject all bids received for the furnishing of one Combination
16 Pumper under Specifications No. 240 of said City.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and
SECT ION 2:
18 directed to return all checks or drafts to all bidders.

SECT ION 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
20 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
21 same shall be in full force and effect.
22 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 3rd day of May# 1960.
