RESOLUTION NO. 2378
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING FREJ:WAY MAINTE:NANCE AGREEMENT.
W'lIE;REAS, the state of California" through its Department
of Public Works" Division of Highways" has presented an .agreement entitled
1IFreeway Maintenance Agreement1l which concerns State Highway Route 167"
8 within the limits of the City of Vernon; and
WHE:aEAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE. be it resolved by the City Councll of the City of
Vernon that said maintenance agreement be and the s.ame is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said Coun"Cil.
