RESOLUTION NO. 2470
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 267 FOR THE FURNISHING AND
DELIVERY TO THE CITY OF VERNON OF ONE UTILITY BILLING
MACHINE AND ACCESSORIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, under date of July 25, 1961, F. A. Ziemer, City
Clerk, submitted to the City Council Specifications No. 267 for the furnishing
and delivery of one utility billing machine and accessories for use in the
office of the City Clerk and recommends approval thereof;
NOW.. THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That Specifications No. 267 be, and the
same are hereby approved for the furnishing and delivery to the City of
Vernon of one utility billing machine and accessories.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon .shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of August, 1961.
