5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREA$~ Contract No. 275 was approved by the City CouncU
7 of the City of Vernon by Resolution No. 2552., and pursuant thereto sealed
8 bids were opened O'n June 6, 1962; and
9 WHEREAS, said btds were referred to R. a.King, Superintendent
10 of Water and Sewer Systems, whO' has reported to the CityCO'uncil under date
11 of June 15, 1962~ .recommending that contracts. be awarded to certain com-
12 panies for the lO'west bids received meeting the contract requirements.
13 NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:
