TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. Contract No. 286 was approved by the City Council
of the City of Vernon by Resolution No. 2586 and pursuuttheretolte'aled
bids were opened on November 7, 1962: and
WHEREAS, said bids were referred to D.avid D. .Grays01l, Traffic
Engineer, who haareporledto the City Council under date of November 16,
1962.recommendi.11gthat acoJltract be awarded to The Conveyor.Company,
for the ;.sum of $13, 522. 00, it being the lowest bid received meeting the
coRtract require.ments;
NOW. 'tHEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED.:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of Vernon does
l"lerebyaward thecontraet in accordance with. the .recomI1'1etIdation. of
David D.G.rays.on,aud authorizes the execution of ace.tract with The
