11 accordance with Contract No. 273; and
12 WHEBEAS,said David D. Grayson bas recommended that the
13 work be accept~ and payment made to the Contractor in accordance with
14 the agreement;

15 NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION. 1:

18 a.nd Vernon Avenue 'be, and. the same-is h.ere-by accepted in accordance with
19 Contract No. 2.73 heretofore approved by the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
That partial payments in amount of $38,118.8
21 have heen maQe,a partial payment of $2, 070. 37 is now payable, and the
22 remaining fifteen percent, or the sum of $7.193,.10. is payable t.b:;i.rty-five
23 (StiJdayS' after the-adoption of this resolution, and the City Council hereby
24 directs payment of said S'ums to the Contractor, Oswald Brothers Company.
