FOltE APPROVED BY THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WBERSAS, R. H. lang, Superintendent of Water and Sewer
Syatell'lS, haa repo.rted to tne City Council under date of Decemher 17,
1962, that fhe Piping, Electrical Controls and Site Improvement for
Booster Plant. No.3 Addition have been completed. in accordance with
Schedule nofContract No. 215.; and
WHEREAS, Said R. H. Klughas recommended that the work be
accept.ed and payment made to th.e..Contractor, in accordance with the
..
agreement;
~OW. . TllEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the Ptpirtg, Electrical Controls and Site
Improvement for Booster Plant No. 3 Addition be, and th.esame are hereby
aCce]Jted in accord~ce with Schedule nof Contract No. 275 heretofOre
approved by the C1tyCouncU.
SECTION 2: That partial payments in amount of .28, 316. 50
bave been ma.de~/ and the remaining fifteen percent, or the aum of .5, 041. 50,
is payable tb.irly-nvedays after the adoption of this resolution, and the
City Council b.ereby directs paymen.t of s.aidsum to the Contractor, Pylon,
Incorporated.
SECTION a:
The Ctty.Clerk o.f the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of tbis Resolution, and thereUpOn and thereafter the
s.ameshall be in. full. force and effect.
