Pursuant to Resolution No. 2633 of the City of Vernc;m, adopted
on th.e 19th. day of March., 1963, directing same, noUce is h.ereby given that
sealed proposals .or bids will be received by the CIty of Vernon, Ca1iforni~
at the offie1\} of the City Clerk of said City, at the City Hall, 4305 Santa.Fe
Avenue, until the hour of two (2) ol.clock p. M... on the 2nd day of April,
1963. for furniahing one Tractor - Backhoe-Loader Combination, in
ac~rdance with. Contract No. 29 3 approved by said City. The propos.alS'
will.be publiclyopene.d and read in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, Vernon, California, on the date and at the
time above mentioned..Spectfi'cations and ~ntract documents may be
obtained at. the above-mentioned offic~ of the City Clerk upon p.ayment of a
deposit of ten dollars. ($10.00) for each specification.
The equipment shall .be in accordance with Contraet No. 293

contract of the required form after being requested to do so by the City Clerk

furnish a labor and material bond in an amount equal to fifty per cent (SO~)
