Backhoe-Loader C<>mbination hn been delivered and recommen<'b:l that the
equipment be accepted and payment made to th.e Contractor in accordance

SECTION 1:
That the Traclor-Baekhoe-Loader
Combination be, an.d the same is hereby accepted in accordance with
Contract No.. 293 heretofore approved by the City of Vernon.
SECTION 2:
That a partial payment of $4, 995. 77
is now due and payable, and the rematni.ng fifteen percent, or t.hesum of

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Traetor-Backboe-Loader Combination bas been delivered under
Contract No. 293.
The total contract amoW1t is $5,877.38. A parUalpayment totaling
$4,995. 77 is due and payable, the remaining fifteen percent, $881.61, Is
payable thirty-five days after acceptance.
It is recommended that tile Tractor-Back.hoe-Loader Combination be
accepted and tbat authority be granted to pay the Contractor, Walsh Equlp-
meat Company, in accordance witb the agreement.
