As a result of this report, it was the unanimous recommendation of the Power Committee, and that re- commendation was subsequently approved by the Cham- ber's F.xecutive Committee on April 16, 1963, that a communication be sent to the City Council of Vernon requesting that every effort be made for the comple- tion of this audit by June 1st, 1963, and that an expression from the Council as to when and what per- centage of a rate reduction be given at that time.
