That the installation of traiUe signals-at
15 the intersection of Boyle Avenue and LeottisBoulevard be~an.d the same is
16 hereby accepted in accordance with Contract No.. 29.0 he.retoforeappro.ved
17 by the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2:
That partial payments i:rt amoun.to.f $9, 33.7.25
19 h.ave been made,a.:nd th.eremaitting fifteen percent. or th.e sum Qf$l. 647. 75,
20 is payable thirty-five (35)daya aiter the adoption of. this resolution, and the
21 City.Coun:cU hereby directs payment of said sum to the Contractor, Allen
22 Engineering Co.mpany.
