A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH OWENS ILLINOIS GLASS COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. Owens Illinois Glass Company has acquired certain
property across from their present location. located on Fruitland Avenue
and
WHEREAS, for proper management, Owens Illinois Glass Company
requires the erection of a conveyor bridge over Fruitland Avenue,
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of Vernon
hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute a License
Agreement by and between OWENS ILLINOIS GLASS COMPANY, for the
erection of a conveyor bridge over Fruitland Avenue.
SECTIO:N2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
