2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV
ING REPORT SHOWING EXPENDITURES DURING THE 1963-64 FISCAL YEAR

4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 WHEREAS the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development
6 Act provides that
7 nWithin 60 days following the close of each fiscal year
8 each county" city~ or city and county shall file with the
9 Department a report in a form prescribed by the
10 Department and certified by the local governing body
11 showing its expenditures of funds during the preceding
12 fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 through 186.7";
13 and,
14 WHEREAS the attached report" compiled in the form prescribed by
15 the Department from records maintained by this City and showing expenditures
16 during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 through 186.7 of the
17 Streets and Highways Codel has been examined by this Council~ and is deter-
18 mined to be factual;
19 NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
mhat the City Council of the City of Vernon
hereby certifies the attached report to be a true record of expenditures by the
City during the 1963-64 fiscal year in conformance with the requirements of
the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act.
SECTION 2: That the City is hereby instructed to transmit
six copies of the report and three certified copies of this Resolution to the State
of California, Departrre nt of Public Worksl Division of Highwaysl in care of th
Engineer in charge of its local District Office.

SECTION 3:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution, and the~eupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
