1 RESOLUTION NO. 2730
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV
ING REPORT AND MAP INDICATING ITS SELECT SYSTEM OF CITY STREET
3 AND REQUESTING THE HIGHWAY COMMISSION TO MODIFY THE SELECT
SYSTEM ACCORDINGLY.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS~ under date of September II" 1964" D. D. Grayson"
7 Traffic Engineer~ did submit to the City Council of the City of Vernon a report
8 of the Cit;y of Vernon Select System of Streets consisting of a map" a tabulation"
9 and a mileage summary; and~
10 WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Vernon has reviewed
11 said documents;
12 NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of Vernon does
14 hereby approve the report of the City of Vernon Select System of Streets con-
15 sisting of a map" a tabulation~ and a mileage summary" and requests the
16 Highway Commission to modify the Select System accordingly.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
18 certify to the passage of this Resolution~ and thereupon and thereafter the same
19 shall be in full force and effect.
20 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15th day of September~ 1964.
