RESOLUTION NO. 2735
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE QUIT CLAIM DEED AND
EASEMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS" by letter dated October 14~ 1964" the Los Angeles
County Flood Control District has requested conveyance of certain real propertj"
and;
WHEREAS~ said Quit Claim Deed and Easement are satisfactory anc
in accordance with the Agreement between the City and the District;
NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
12 authorized to execute an Easement covering Parcel No. 25 and a Quit Claim
13 Deed covering Parcel No. 29 in favor of the Los Angeles County Flood Control
14 District pursuant to the provisions of Agreement No. 1745 between the District
15 and the City.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certifj
17 to the passage of this Resolutionl and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
18 be in full force and effect.
