RESOLUTION NO. 2772
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON EXTEND
ING FOR NINETY DAYS THE TIME WITHIN WHICH UNIVERSITY REALTY
COMPANY MAY COMPLY.WITH THE VARIANCE GRANTED UNDER RESOLU-
TION NO. 2752 OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS"." a certain zoning variance was granted University
Realty Company~ a corporation". under date of March 2. 1965 by Resolution
No. 2752; and
WHEREAS". University Realty Company". under date of May 18". 196 ".
requested an extension of ninety days in which to comply with the aforesaid
variance; and
WHEREAS". said request recites that said Company has proceeded
with diligence to comply with said variance but has encountered unforeseenable
delays;
NOW~ THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the time granted the University Realty
17 Company to comply with Resolution No. 2752 be". and the same is hereby
18 extended for a period of ninety (90) days# to wit until August 31~ 1965.

SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is hereby
20 directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafte
21 the same shall be in full force and effect.
22 ADf)PTED and APPROVED this 18th day of May~ 1965.
