HEALTH. RELATING TO RADIATION CONTROL FROGRAM. FOR THE FISCA
YEAR. JULY 1" 1965 THROUGH JUNE 30.. 1966.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be.. and they are
hereby authorized to exeeute for and on behalf of the City of Vernon. that cer...
tain Contract No~ 47 presented by the State of California. through its~part-
ment of Fublic Health.. relating to Radiation Control Frogram.. for the fiseal
y.ear July 1. 1965 through June 30. 1966.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certif
to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall b
in full force and effect.
