At the meeting of the joint County Sanitation Districts of Wed- nesday, August 11, District No.5 proposed consideration of a change of use which, in the opinion of many, is a breach of faith and violates the original decision as to the ultimate purpose of this property when the disposal site was completely filled. I have been asked to prepare the enclosed sample resolution by a considerable number of Mayors and Councilmen which is in pro- test of this proposed action; which resolution speaks for itself, and we earnestly solicit your careful consideration and passage of this document.
