Dear Mr. Ziemer:
This office has this date received Vernon Resolution
Nos. 2798 and 2799 both of which consent to the detach-
ment of certain territory from the City of Vernon.
Resolution No. 2798 relates to the territory which
we are in the process of annexing pursuant to 1939 Act
proceedings. I am unable to ascertain, however, any
proceedings in this city to>~hnex the territory described
in your Resolution No. 2799~
If you can give me a~y further information thereon
such would be most appreciated.

being a portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 132.69, as per m.ap recorded in Book
269, Page 50 of Maps and Lot 1, Martinez Tract, as per map recorded in
Miscellaneous R..cords and a Portion of the Rancho San Antonio, described
as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly terminus of that certain curve in the South-
westerly line of Washington Boulevard., ( 80 feet wide) as shown on map
of said Tract No. 132.69, said curve being concave Southeasterly and having
a radius of 960. 2l feet; thence along the said Southwesterly line of Washington
