ROAD~ IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT NO. 317 .

7 the City of Vernon by Resolution No. 28141_ and pursuant thereto sea1Qdbidswer
8 opened on March 1, 1966; and

10 Engineer, who has reported to the City Council under date of March 10,1$J66,
11 recommending that a contract be, awarded to B. &P. Trucking~ompany f~ .the
12 sum of $64, 454. 60, itbeing~e lowest bid received meeting the contract
13. requirements;

That the City Council of the City of Vernon does,
