5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS$ the City Council of the City of Vernon passed Resolutton
'1 No. 2831~ declaring its intention to vacate and abandon a portion of that <;.ertain
8 public street in the C:l:ty of Vernon officially known.. and commonly referred to
9 as 49th street South of Leonis Boulevar, ltpd East of Pacific Boulevard, which
10 said portion is hereinafter fully tdascribed; and

WHEREAS! the City CouncU.in said Resolution No... 2831 did fix the
12 ilinefor hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation

WHEREAS.. the City Council of said City of Vernon did hold said

26 present or prospective public street purposes.

The City Council of the CUyof Vernon does hereo
make the following order. to wit: That aU that portion of 49th Street South of
Leonls Boulevard and East of Pacific BO\llevard in the City of Vernon, described'
as foUows:

The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify
15 to the pa.ssageof this .:ResQlut1on and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be
16 in full force and effect.
