SECTION 1: The City Council .of the City of Vernon declares
12 that majority protest has not been. made to the proposed annexation te1"x-i.tory
13. designated as ItBoyle Heights Annexation No. 1-65".

SECTION 2:
The City Council fux-ther declares that all of the
15 requirements for the annexation of uninhabited property have been complied with.
16 That the evi.dence of such compliance is on file in the office of the City C:I.erk of
17 the City of Vernon.

SECTION 3:
The City C:I.erk of the City of Vernon shall certify
19 to the passageotthis Resolution.. and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
