set for hea~ing.
That notice shall also be given by mailing a post card
for which a variance is requested.
That the 16th day of August, 1966, at the hour of 1:00
o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Council in the

variance is requested is as follows:
Lot 4, Block 12 of New Vernon as recorded in Book 21,
pages 25-26 of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the
County Recorder, Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, California.
Said parcel of land is situated on the South side of
Vernon Avenue, approximately midway between Santa Fe Avenue and
St. Charles Street.
A public hearing on the above matter will be held before
the City Council of the City of Vernon on the 16th day of August,
