2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT NO. 170 WITH THE
',3 STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH,
RELATING TO RADIATION CONTROL PROORA:M:, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
4 1966 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1967.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1': That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
7 are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of
8 Vernon, that certain Contract No.. 170 presented by the State of
9 California, through its Department of, Public Health, relating to
10 Radiation Control Program, for the fiscal year July 1, 1966 through
11 June 30, 1967.

SECTION 2': The City Clerk of the, Ci ty o.f Vernon shall
13 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
14 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
15 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 16th day of August, 1966.
