1 RESOLUTION NO. 2869
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,VERNON AUTHORIZING
AND INSTRUCTING PAUL P. HENDRICKS .TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF VERNON
'.3 IN ALL IlATTERS PERTAINING TO THE JOINT POLE AGREEDNT HERETOFORE
ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE CITY OF VERNON AND THE JOINT POLE
4 COMMITTEE.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon has heretofore entered into
7 an Agreement with the Joint Pole Committee, and
8 WHEREAS, the City is desirous of having representation
9 upon said Committee under the rules regulating said Committee,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon does
12 hereby appoint Paul P. Hendricks, the City's Consulting Electrical
13 Engineer, to re,present the City of Vernon on said Committee until
14 further order of the City Council.

Section. 2: Resolution No. 910, and all Resolutions in
16 conflict herewith, are repealed as of October 31, 19,66.

S'e'c't'ion'3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
18 of this Resolution, and cause a certified copy thereof to be filed
19 with the Joint Pole Committee, and thereupon and thereafter the
20 same shall be in full force and effect.
