RESOLUTION NO. 2870, REGARDING A COMBINATION OF SlJpLUS PROPERTY
~ OVER AND UNDER $2,500.00.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOUAPIS:
5 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2870 was adopted by the City
6 Council of the City Qf Vernon on December 6, 1966, and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires
8 the Assistant Director of Civil Defense to also be autho~i.~d as
9 a representative of the City of Vernon to sign for and accept
10 surp~us Federal property,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1: That the last paragraph on page 2 of
13 Resolution No. 2870 is hereby ameBded to read as follows:
