2 A RESOLUTION OF.TUCI1'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON CORRECTING
A CLERICAL ERROR IN THE NUMBERING OF A CERTAIN ORDINANCE.

4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF.TBECITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 WHEREAS, due to a clerical mistake, Ordinance No. 781,
6 being an ordinance of the City of .vernon determining, pursuant to
7 Section 43630 of the Government Code of the state of California
8 that no part of certain bond issues remaining unsold shall be
9 issued or sold, was adopted by the City Council of the City of
10 Verllon. and
11 Wl.fEREAS, due 'to a clerical mistake, an additional
12 Ordinance No. 781, was regularly introduced at a regular m.eeting
13 of the City. Council of the City of Vernon, held on the 7th day of
14 February ,1967 ,and has been read in full fer its first reading,
15 and read by title for its second reading on the abOve dat.e,aRd
16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City 'of .Vernom. wishes
17 to correct said clerical.mistake for the second described ordinance
18 No. 781. being an ordinance of the City of VerDon fixing the rates
19 to be charged for outdoor area lighting sfiJrviee by the City of
20 VernOn wi thin its boundaries,
