ITS CONDOLENCE ON THE PASSING or CASTULO A.. LOPEZ. R.ETIRED
EMPLOYEE OF TRECtTY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS 'fOLLOWS:
WHEREAS. CASTULO A. LOPEZ had served theClty of Vernon
as a most consclentious and faithful .ployee for over thirty....two
(32) years prior to his retiremeftt on June 30, 1965. and
WHEREAS, the Cit, of Vernon has lost a faithful.
valuable, andcon.c:lentious former employee whose sterling worth
endeared him to those who knew him, and
WHEREAS. each memo.1." of the City Council feels deeply
the loss thus sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
takes this opportunity of expres$ingits deepest sorrow'.t the
passing of CASTULO A. LOPEZ, and expresses its appreciation for
his many years of devotion to the City of VernOn.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution be adopted by the City
COuncil in re8'Jlar session, and that a copy of this Resolution
be forwarded to the bereaved widow, PORrIRIA G. LOPEZ.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
25 is hereoydireeted toeertify to the passage of this Resolution.
