752, on that certain parcel of land s1 tuated in "the Cit,y of Vernon,
. and.mQre particularly described as follows: (LO~s 22,23, and 24 of
Block 6 of the New Vernon Tract;
WHEREAS, the application for variance was regelarly set
for hearing before the City Council on the 19th day of September,
1967, at the hour of 1:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chamber!? of
the City Hall, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, in the City of'
16 Vernon, California; and
17 WHEREAS, all notices as required under said Ordinance
18 were regularly and dUly given at the time and pla~eof saidbt9,aring,
19 and the City Council, having heard the matter on the 19th day of
20 .~eptemberJ 1967, at the hour of 1:00 o'clockP.K., in the Council
Chambers of the City Council, and all evidence was heard frem all
persons interested in effecting said variance, and also from all
persons protesting the same, and the City CouBcil haviBg hea~dall
the evidence and statements of said persons, and being fully in-
formed in the premises, the matter was submitted for decision, and
on September 19, 1967, the City Council of the City of Vernon
considered the application, and made the following findings ..d

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON

B. Tbat no nuisance shall be permitted on 'said premises
or result from the granted use.
c. 'That the grantee of the variance shall comply with
the other requirements of the City of Vernon, and the
a'ppropriate departm.ents of s~id City, including but not
limited to the compliance with all other applicable laws,
ordinances, and regulations of said City.
D. The varia.,nce hereby allowed is conditioned on the
privilege'grantedherein being utilized withinniaety (90)
days from and after the effective date hereof. and sbQuld ~he
privileges authorized hereby fail to be exercised or utilized
or where some form of construction work is involved, such
construction or some unit thereof has not actually been
commenced within ninety (90) days after said effective date,
this variance shall be void and any privilege oI; right granted
thereby shall lapse, unless such time has been e~tended by
resolution of the City Council.
PrOVided, however, that in the event the p:r:ivilege
graated herein shall not have been exercised~.i:tbil1such
ninety (90) day period by reason of the delay in the approval
of plans by any officer or department of the City of Vernon
