,1 RESOLUTION NO. 2937
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF' VERNON, MODIFYING
THE SCHEDULE OF COST DISTRIBUTION OF CERTAIN TRAFFIC SIGNALS
3 JOINTLY llAINTAINED BY THE CITIES OF HUNTINGTON PARK AND VERNON.
4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon, at, its
5 adjourned regular meeting of June 30, 1964 authorized and
6 the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement for cost distri-
7 bution of certain traffic signals jointly maintained
a of Huntington Park and Vernon, and terminating the agreement
9 existing as of that date, and
10 WHEREAS, on july 17, 1964 said agreement was executed
11 by the cities of Vernon and Huntington Park, and
12 WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise Appendix'!At1 which was
13 attached to said agreement, in order to bring up-to-date the cost
14 distribution,
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION I: The City Council of the City of Vernon does
1"7 hereby approve the attached Schedule of Cost Distribution, revised
18 as of January 2, 1968, and substitutes the same as Appendix "A"
19 to said agreement for the maintenance of traffic signals.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
21 certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
22 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
