RESOLUTION No. 2985
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, ESTABLISHIN
A CHECKING FEE FOR MAP CHECKING SERVICES FOR PARCEL MAPS.

i1 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 WHEREAS, the County Surveyor of the County of Los Angeles
6 and the City Engineer of the City of Vernon provide services by
7 mutual agreement for map checking for parcel maps, and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon has
9 approved an agreement for the same,

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That in addition to all other fees and
12 charges required bylaw, .upon the submitting of a final parcel map
13 under the provisions of Section ll576 of the Business and Profes-
14 sions Code, to the County Engineer of the County of Los Angeles,
15 the person submitting said final parcel map shall pay a fee to
16 said County Engineer in the sum of $25.00 per map, plus $3.00 per
17 lot.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
20 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
21 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1st day of October, 1968.
