1 RESOLUTION. NO. 3030
2 A RESOLUTION OF THECI'I'YCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, AMENDING
THE RULES AND REGULATIONS RESPECTING THE DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRIC
;3 ENERGY SUPPLIED BY THE CITY OF VERNON.
4 THE CITY COUNCIl.., OF Tim CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 WHEREAS., the City Council of the City of Vernon has
6 determined in compliance with Ordinance No. 766, that rules and
7 regulations respecting the distribution of electric energy
8 supplied by the City of Vernon shall be those rules and regula-
9 tions of the Southern California Edison Company applicable within
10 the City of Verno., ami
11 WHEREAS, Section 2 of said Ordinance authorizes the City
12 Council of the City of Vernon to incorporate such changes in the
13 rules and regulations applicable to electrical service, as may
14 not be in conflict with rate schedules" and
15 WHEREAS, said section provides that such changes may be
16 adopted by resolution,
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1: That the Southern California Edison Company
19 Rule No.5, "SPECIAL INl'ORMATION REQUIRED ON FORMS", Sheet No.
20 4024-E, shall be adopted as a Rule and Regulation applicable to
21 electric service to the consumer within the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2: That any other rules previously adopted by
23 the City Council of the City of Vernon, which may be in conflict
24 with the rules set forth in Section 1 above, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
26 is directed to keep and maintain three (3) copies of the above
27 mentioned Rule and Regulation applicable to electric service in
28 the City of Vernon, in the office of the City Clerk of the City
29 of Vernon, and to make said Rule available on request for examina-
30 tion.

SECTION 4: That the Ci.ty Clerk of the City of Vernon
32 shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon
