2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, ADOPTING
A PERMIT :F'EE WHICH SHALL APPLY TO ALL PERMITS GRANTED PURSUANT TO
3 ORDINANCE NO. 805 OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 805 and, in particular, Section 2.01
6 thereof, provides for the issuance of health permits, and
7 WHEREAS, Section 2.02 of Ordinance No. 805 provides that the
8 City Council of the City of Vernon shall establish by resolution
9 health permit inspection fees for the various types of businesses
10 and vehicles requiring a health permit, and
11 WffEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires to
12 establish such fees as set forth herein,
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1: That the issuance fee and annual renewal fee for
15 permits granted by the City of Vernon, pursuant to Ordinance No.
16 805, shall be as follows:

SECTION 2- That in addition to the above, the licensee or
10 permit~ee shall pay all necessary fees or deposits which may be
11 required by other ordinances, resolutions, or applicable state
12 laws in effect.

SECTION 3: That the fees provided for herein shall be
14 due and payable commencing January 1, 1970, and all other
15. resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 1969.
