RESOLUTION NO. 3057
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VJRMQN, COKIlEHD-
ING JOEn.., LOPEZ FOR HIS YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Joe D. Lopez has been employed by the City of
Vernon from November 20, 1946 to this date, aad
WHEREAS, Joe D. Lopez is retiring from the service of the
City of VernoD, effective December 31, 1969, aad .
WHEREAS, Joe D. Lopez bas been a coicien~ aad reliable
utili ty ma,. wi tb the street Department of the City of Verao.,
whose loss will be deeply felt by the City of Vernon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City CouBcil of the City of VeraoB
