THE RULES' AND REGULATIONS RESPECTING THE DISTRIBUTION OF EI"ECTRIO
ENEIJ,GY SUPPLIED BY THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
" WHEREAS, the City:, Council of the City of V~-X'non has

WHEREAS, Section 3 of said Ordinance a~thorizes the
City Council of the City of Vernon to incorporate Such changes in
rules and regulations applicable to electrical service,as may
not be in conflict with rate schedules, and
WHEREAS, said Section provides that such changes may be
adopted by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1': That the following Southern California
Edison Company Rules shall be adopted as RUles and RegulatiOl1s
.applicable to electric service to the consumer wi thin the City of
Vernon:
