THE B1D OF HI~LINE POWER, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE (5) 7000

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, notice inviting bids, pursuant to Resolutioll
7 No. 3099, was approved by the City Council of the Ci'i;.y.of Vernon,
Sand sealed bids were opened on August 4, 1970, and,
9 WHEREAS, said bids were referred to Paul P., Hendricks.,
10 Consulting Electrical Engineer, who has reported to the Ci1;r
11 Council under.date of August 10, 1970, recommending that said
12 items be sold to Hi-Line Power, Inc. for the sum of $275,000.09,
13 being the highest bid received,
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City-of Vernon

16 does bereby accept the bid of Hi-Line Power, Inc. in accor<iance
17 with the recommendation of PaulP. Hendricks, Consult,ing
18 Electrical Engineer and authorizes the execution of a contract
19 . with Hi-Line. Power, Inc. in accordance. with the lloticeiRvi:t~ng
20 bids previously referred to.
