RESOLUTION NO. 4010
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, .ACCEPTING
THE WORK OF PIPE LININGS, INC. FOR CLEANING AND CEMENT L.INING OF
WATERllAINS IN ACCORDANClS WITH CONTRACT NO. 352 OF THE CITY OF
VERNON.
THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, . Pipe Linings,' lac. was awarded the contract for
cleaning and cement lining of water mains in accordance with
Contract No:.352 of the City of Vernon, and
WUERE!S, R. H. King, Director of Public Works, has
reported;, to the City Council under date of August 19." 1970, "that
