SECTION 1: That the above referred to agreement is
hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon..
S.ECTION 2: That the Mayor and CityCl~rko:f th~.Oity of
16 Vernon are authorized and directed to execute and deliver said
17 agreement to Southern Pacific Transpor~ation Company.

SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
20 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
