RESOLUTION NO. 4041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, ACCEPTING
THE. WORK OF .AMERON, INCORPORATED, PIPE LININGS DIVISION , ..' FOR.- THE
WORKOF<CLEANING AND CEMENT LINING. OF WATER MAINS PURSUANT .TO
CONTRACT NO. 355 OF THE CITY OF VERNON. .

5 THEi CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, Ameron, Incorporated, Pipe Linings Division, was
7 awarded the contract for the cleaning and cement linings of water
8 mains pursuant to Contract No. 355 of the City of Vernon, and
9 WHEREAS, Robert H. King, .Director of Public Works, has
10 reported to the City Council under date of April 1, 1971, that
11 said work has been completed, and recommends that the work be
12 accepted, and payment be made to the contractor in accordance
13 with the agreement,
14 NOW ,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

SECTION 1: That the work of cleaning and cement lining
of water mains in accordance with Contract No. 355 of the City of
Vernon is hereby apPI()ved and accepted by the, City of Vernon.
SECTION 2 ~,~ That partial payments in the amount of
