4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon hereby
6 notifies the Board of Supervisors that it desires to renew ,the
7 Hospita1i~ation of City Prisoners (No. 10959) Agreement currently
8 in effect between the County and the City, for a five (5) year
9 period, cOIIlIIlencing on July 1, 1966, and requests the Board of
10 S~pervisors.to consent to the renewal of said agreement for a
11 fiveye.ar period, commencing July 1, 1971, subj ect to the terms
,12 and provisions thereqf, a!1d to authorize County departments to
13 continue( to ,.. prqvid~ the services requested pursuant to the exist-
14 ing Hospitalization of City Prisoners (No. 10959) Agreement.
15 SECTION 2:' The CityCl.e-rk of ,the City of Vernon shall
16 certify to the passage of this reso1t1tion, and thereupon and.
