2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPTING
THE WORK FOR 44TH STREET IMPROVEMENT AND HEATER PLANING AT VARIOUS
3 STREET INTERSECTIONS PURSUANT TO CONTRACT NO. 365 OF THE CITY OF
VERNON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Progressive Paving Company was awarded the con-
tract for 44th Street Improvement and Heater Planing at Various
Street Intersections located within ~he City of Vernon, pursuant
to Contract No. 365 of the City of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, Robert H. King, Director of Public Works, has
reported to the City Council under date of January 12, 1972 that
said work has been completed and recommends that the work be
accepted and payment be made to the contractor in accordance with
the agreement.
Section 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon

shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 18th day of January, 1972.
