RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES cONCER.NING

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:'

SECTION 1: The City Council of the Ciity:.~f Y~t]19* ;
desires to renew the ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AGREEMENT currently
in effect between the County and the City fora five-year period
terminating on June 30, 1977, and requests the Board of Super-
visors to consent to the renewal of said Agreement, subject to
the terms and provisions thereof and to authorize county..depart-
ments to continue to provide the services requested pursuant to
the existing ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AGREEMENT.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the CityofV~rrton
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution
thereafter the same shall be in full force
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 5th day of DecembeX'j
